Assembly Steps Overview

1. Building the Slipway and Central Keel

Laminate both mirror keel halves with PVA glue under pressure, lock into the assembly cradle blocks.

2. Installing 12 Bulkheads and 4 Stringers

Mount frames outward from midships, snap 4 longitudinal stringers into side notches to form a rigid 3D truss.

3. Laying Decks and Gun Battery

Install lower gun deck and waist deck planking, mount carriages and cannon barrels on the lower deck.

4. Strip Planking and Topside Broadsides

Score and fit broadsides with open gunports, apply tapered bottom planks from keel up to main wales.

5. Stern Castle, Carvings, Rigging and Stand

Fit transom with lanterns, quarter galleries, beakhead lion, anchors and mount on the display pedestal.
